Categories:

Date:
Wednesday, 17 April 2019

To coincide with the Camberwell Space exhibition Moving The Image: Photography and Its Actions this symposium explores current practices in teaching and learning in fine art photography, and reflects on its possibilities for the future. The day will include keynote presentations by Duncan Wooldridge (Camberwell BA Fine Art Photography Course Leader) about the exhibition, and by writer and curator Emma Lewis.

The day will also include a series of short talks reflecting on current teaching practices and models from secondary through to higher education and practical sessions introducing Camberwell’s dark room, digital facilities, and photogrammetry. The day is for anyone interested in the field of fine art photography and education, combining theory and context with practical advice.
