In April, Partners Gallery artists are continuing their theme of pushing new boundaries in this exhibition entitled “Uncharted Territory.” They are exploring new, thrilling and sometimes scary images, themes and materials. What kind of world are we creating when books on climate change, Black, gay or trans experience are banned? What imaginative solutions can we conjure up to confront the rapidly descending climate era? What is the irresistible lure of the labyrinth? How do we recover and grow when circumstances of loss take away some part of us? These are some of the questions these artists are confronting in their studios.
There is a Second Saturday Meet the Artists April 9, 5-7pm.
The gallery is open Thursday through Monday 11am through 5pm.
